Bandana Kumari

Born in the vibrant town of Khagaul, Bihar, in 1987, Bandana Kumari is more than an artist. She is a storyteller painting tales of strength, feminism, and nature. Armed with a Master's degree in Fine Arts from Raja Mansingh Tomar Music & Arts University, Gwalior, and a Bachelor's degree from the College of Arts and Crafts, Patna University, Patna, her artistic journey shines brightly with accolades and awards reflecting her unmatched talent and dedication.

Kumari's artistry has garnered acclaim on both national and international stages. Her achievements include the HK Kejriwal Young Artist Award in Bangalore (2018), M.P State Award by Prafulla Dahanukar Art Foundation, Lalit Kala Academy Lucknow U.P Award, Bihar State Award in Patna, and recognition from NDMC All India Art Exhibition in New Delhi. Her work transcends geographical boundaries, evidenced by its auction at Chennai's esteemed Auction House in 2015.
