Girish Adannavar
Girish K. Adannavar is a visual artist, born in 1973, who is currently living in Nipani, Belgaum, Karnataka, which is his birthplace too. He is one of the famous contemporary artists in India and is always absorbed in exploring and showing his creativity to the world. He keeps himself busy in national and international group and solo shows and is awarded in many prestigious state-level competitions.
Girish works mostly with acrylic and uses a vibrant palette in depicting human figures. Most of his theme is based on Indian rural culture, young people, whether male or female, in traditional attire, and busy in their day-to-day life.
